Panaceia

Person‑to‑institution interoperability for the Brazilian health ecosystem

For health secretariats, hospitals and healthtechs that need to move clinical data across e‑SUS, SISREG, SEI and RNDS — no central server, no telemetry, no lock‑in. Currently in closed beta, access granted through institutional partnership.

AGPL-3.0 (core) Zero telemetry Local-first FHIR R4 + RNDS Portaria GM/MS 6.656/2025

Why Panaceia?

Built on the principles the Brazilian health system deserves.

Absolute local-first

Clinical data never leaves the device without explicit authorization. Zero telemetry. Zero central server. Everything stored and encrypted locally with AES-256-GCM and Argon2id.

AGPL-3.0-or-later core

The core — extension, official packs, validator — is and remains AGPL-3.0-or-later, no dual licensing. Managed deploy and custom integrations are offered separately by Sciereli HDC.

FHIR R4 + RNDS

Normalizes captures to Brazilian RNDS profiles, ready for transmission under Portaria GM/MS 6.656/2025. BRRegistroAtendimentoClinico, BRPaciente, BRProcedimentoExame and more.

Pack system

13 built-in adapters (e-SUS APS PEC, SISREG, SEI, GAL, AGHUse, SI-PNI, Horus, SISCAN, SISCOLO, SISMAMA and more). Declarative Pack DSL — no procedural code, every pack signed and verified.

Three steps. All local.

No sign-up. No server. No data leaving the browser.

1

Capture

The extension automatically detects clinical data on the source system's screen, using MutationObserver and DOM parsing, as soon as the matching adapter is activated.

2

Normalization

Data is extracted and mapped to FHIR R4 resources with RNDS profiles, validated locally before any use. No data leaves the browser at this stage.

3

Export

Export as a FHIR R4 Bundle (.json), send to an institutional FHIR server, or use the local encrypted backup. The institution decides when and where data goes.

For institutions

Institutional deploy, direct RNDS integration and SLA

The Panaceia core — extension, official packs, validator — is and remains free and AGPL-3.0-or-later, with no capped tier. The layer alongside is offered separately by Sciereli HDC via saude.dev — never mixed into this project's AGPL code.
